During Milan Fashion Week, Fabiana Filippi unveiled the Fall Winter 2026 collection at Palazzo Barozzi, where 20th-century architecture and frescoes by Giulio Borsani dialogue with an installation of threads arranged in a concentric labyrinth. In this space, the thread comes to life as both a sign and a path, within a story where the identity of Fabiana Filippi reveals itself through the dialogue between art, matter, and the body.
THREAD OF MASTERY
The power of the thread, the primordial element of every creation, guides the visual and conceptual language of the Fabiana Filippi Fall Winter 2026 collection. “Thread of Mastery” draws inspiration from the works and creative research of Italian artist Maria Lai and the imposing installations of Japan’s Chiharu Shiota. The result is a proposal where the very origin of the creative gesture, the yarn itself, is transformed into an experimental intervention on the garments.
