TIME OF DELIVERY

Products purchased on the www.fabianafilippi.com website are normally delivered within 5 working days from the order date in Italy, and within 8 days for all other destinations.  It is understood that for the products indicated on the site as "not available" or subject to a "pre-order", the aforementioned terms run exclusively from the receipt, by the consumer, of the product availability e-mail and confirmation of order, as specified in the conditions of sale.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

 

GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY 24 DECEMBER 2020
for orders completed by Wednesday 16 December 2020 for South and islands and by Friday 18 December 2020 for central and north Italy, by standard shipping.

Orders placed from 16/12/2020 to 30/12/2020 may experience slight shipping delays.

 

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

 

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.

Store Delivery - Collection at a physical point of sale.

If you have selected Store Delivery as the delivery method, after the order confirmation e-mail, you will receive a second "Product collection confirmation" email.

You have 7 (seven) days from receipt of the "Product collection confirmation" e-mail to go to the chosen store and collect your order, showing your valid identity document as well as a copy of the order confirmation and invoice received by e-mail.

In case of collection of your order made by a third party (i.e. not the name on the order) it is necessary to go to the store with a proxy signed by the person who made the order and a copy of a valid identity document of the latter, as well as a copy of the order confirmation and invoice received by e-mail.

 

 

*For orders paid by bank transfer, the order is considered completed starting from the confirmation of payment. Therefore the shipping times will start from that date.

** The times indicated do not take into consideration:

a) bad weather or any major natural disasters

b) customs issues

c) disadvantaged locations (remote islands, locations in the desert, etc.)

d) strikes

e) restrictions related to the Covid pandemic
