Each product page shows the sizes in use in your country. The “Size Guide” is available above the sizes listed to facilitate international conversions. In addition, there is also the service 'Find your size' which allows you to choose the one that best suits you.

In the product page select the size and the color you prefer and then click on 'Add to cart' to add the item in your shopping bag. A summary window will open. Click on 'View cart' and then on 'Proceed to check out' to complete the order. Otherwise, you can continue shopping.
If you decide to continue shopping you can see the selected items and the total amount in the cart. When you end your shopping click on 'Proceed to check out' to complete the order. In the shopping bag you can modify the quantity of your items or remove them.
If you have an account and you want to complete your purchase you can log in, otherwise you can proceed as a guest. Enter the delivery address and select the shipping method you prefer and the payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay and bank transfer). Click on 'Place order' to confirm it. The payment is completely safe, since the data are protected against non-authorised access by third parties thanks to a secure connection using SSL certificates ('SecureSocketLayer').
Once payment has been verified, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the order.
Once you click on 'Place order' you will be addressed to the thank you page with the order number and the date. The thank you message will inform you that the order has been placed successfully. In a few minutes we will send you an email with the order details. If you do not receive any confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Care.
The promotional code gives you access to exclusive promotions.
The conditions to receive said code are indicated in our Newsletter on specific occasions. If you received the code, enter it in the field 'Promo code' at the bottom of the shopping bag: the discount will be applied automatically. Please make sure to enter the discount code before completing the order.
If the code does not work please double check the dates of the promotion and on which products and categories it is valid in the newsletter.
To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site, we recommend that you select your country from the list of shipping destinations. Local VAT will be applied for all EU destinations, UK and USA.
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed do not include taxes and duties. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is necessary to release the order from customs duties.

Unfortunately not, once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To exchange or return any items you must wait for the delivery of the order. You can find more information in our exchange & return policy.
If you are a registered user, log in to your Account to check the status of your order. Under the section 'My orders' you can find the desired information.
If you placed the order as Guest you can check the status in Track my order entering your order number and email address.

Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to track the package. After 24 hours you will be able to check the status of the shipping clicking on the link provided in the email.
Please note that if your order contains more than one item, it might be dispatched from different Boutiques in separate parcels and at different times.
At the moment it is not possible to return the items in our Boutiques.
You can return any item purchased within 14 days starting from the delivery date. The procedure is quick and easy and delivery is completely free.
As a Registered User you can submit your return request directly from your account. In the section 'My return' click on 'New return request', select the order that contains the product you want to return and then confirm the return.
If you do not have an account you can proceed with the return request under Not registered user. Follow the instructions on the page to submit the request.

If you wish to change the size of an item, you can exchange it for free within 14 days starting from the delivery date.
As a Registered User you can submit your exchange request directly from your account. Click on the product you want to exchange and then select the option 'Exchange' and the new size among the available ones and then confirm the request.
If you do not have an account you can proceed with the exchange request under Not registered user. Follow the instructions on the page to submit the request.
As soon as we receive your return, we will ship the item in the new size to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is dispatched.
Please note that you can exchange the size of an item only one time.
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. Please note that this procedure might take up to 14 working days.
Once the return procedure is completed, you will receive an email as confirmation and the refund. The time needed to process your refund may vary according to the payment method used.
The refund will be issued on the payment method used for the purchase (Credit Card, Pre-Paid Card, PayPal, Klarna, Amazon Pay) or through bank transfer. You can find further information in payment methods.
