COOKIE POLICY

This notice, that was issued pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, "Regulation"), will provide information on how we collect your personal data through the use of cookies, for which purposes and which are your rights. This document forms an integral part of the privacy policy of the website named www.fabianafilippi.com (hereinafter the 'Site').

The data controller, exclusively with reference to the first-party cookies installed on the Site, is FABIANA FILIPPI S.p.A., with registered office in Via Bruno Buozzi, 90, 06030 Giano dell'Umbria (PG) - Italy, VAT Reg. No./Fiscal Code 02676310549 (hereinafter "Fabiana Filippi").Fabiana Filippi has appointed its own Personal Data Protection Officer (RPD or DPO), who can be reached at the e-mail address dpo@fabianafilippi.com and at the Company address stated above.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files that sites visited by the user send directly to the user's terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites the next time the same user visits (so-called first-party cookies). In the course of browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies from different web sites or web servers on his terminal equipment (so-called third-party cookies); this happens because the visited website may contain elements such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to web pages of other domains that reside on servers other than the one on which the requested page is located. In other words, they are those cookies that are set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting.

Cookies may be limited to a single browser session (so-called session cookies), in which case they are automatically deactivated when the user closes the browser; or they may have a predetermined expiry date, in which case they will remain stored and active on your hard disk until that expiry date, continuing to collect information over the course of different browsing sessions with your browser (so-called permanent cookies).

Cookies are used for different functions. Certain Cookies are necessary to enable the user to browse the Site and take advantage of its functionalities (so-called technical or strictly necessary cookies). Others are used to obtain statistical information, in aggregate or otherwise, on the number of users accessing the Site and on how the Site is used (so-called performance or analytical cookies). Finally, other cookies are used to draw up a consumer profile and display advertisements on the Site that are deemed interesting to him, insofar as they are consistent with his tastes and consumption habits (so-called profiling or targeted advertising cookies).

FIRST-PARTY COOKIES

The Site makes use of the following types of first-party technical cookies:

-navigation or session cookies: They are essential to enable the user to move normally within the Site and to make proper use of its services; Due to the fact that they are not stored on the user's computer, they vanish when the browser is closed;

-technical or functionality cookies: They are solely aimed at improving and speeding up navigation on the Site, by storing certain choices made by the user (such as language preferences).

These tools are used by Fabiana Filippi to ensure, among other things, efficient navigation, session stability, login permanence throughout the session and the selected country of navigation. They also serve to store the choices made by the user concerning the display of certain elements of the page, such as information and communication banners, and to record his or her cookie preferences.

The use of these technical or functionality cookies and the performance of processing related to them does not require the user's prior consent.

In any case, the latter may at any time prevent the installation of technical or functional cookies (except for the strictly necessary ones), in the knowledge that such a choice could complicate, slow down and sometimes block navigation on the Site.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

It is possible that during a user's navigation on the Site, certain cookies are stored on their device which are not directly controlled and managed by Fabiana Filippi. This happens, for instance, when the user visits a page that includes content from a third-party website (as mentioned, third-party cookies).

In this regard, please note that Fabiana Filippi has no role in the processing of data deriving from this type of cookie, being a mere technical intermediary.

The Site uses third-party performance or analytical cookies.

These cookies allow Fabiana Filippi to know how visitors use the Site, so that it can assess and improve its operation and favour the production of content that best meets users' information needs. For instance, they let you know which pages are the most and least frequented. They take into account, among other things, the number of visitors, the time spent on the Site by the average user and the way in which users arrive. In this way, Fabiana Filippi will be able to know what works well and what to improve, as well as ensure that pages load quickly and are displayed correctly. These cookies are equated with technical cookies and the user's consent is not required for their use.

Finally, the Site uses profiling cookies for targeted third-party advertising. These cookies serve to display personalised advertisements on the Site and other websites and their operation is based on the browsing activity of each user. This type of cookie may also be used by third parties to display their products and services on the Site ('targeted advertising cookies').

These cookies, as well as the purposes for which they are used outside the Site, fall under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the third party that installs them on the user's terminal and serve to show the user advertisements in line with his or her interests.

If the user wishes not to receive third-party cookies on his/her equipment, then he/she may refuse his/her consent and, at any time, through the links below, or through the selection/deselection options within the "Privacy preferences" area, opt out of receiving them.

The following table shows all the cookies present on the Site, with evidence of their specific characteristics and, in the case of third-party cookies, links to their respective privacy notices, so that the user can make an informed decision as to whether to consent to their use and which cookies, if any, to block or delete.
